Our wire ranges in size from 0.10mm to 16.00mm and can be provided in SM, SH, DM, DH Plain or Galvanised Spring Steel & Stainless Steel.
Upon request we can also reach out to our trusted suppliers to offer a powder coated or zinc plated finish if required.
We also have several precision CNC suppliers who can produce spring inserts to required designs which we can then insert into the springs prior to heat treatment so they lock in & a bolt can then be inserted into this for adjustment at time of machinery production.
Leadtimes & Stockholding
Our lead time for spring production usually runs around 3-4 weeks from order & if springs need plated or powder coated lead time is usually 5-6 weeks from order. If there are certain springs which are used on a regular basis we can however hold stock here for call off’s to aid with production times for our customers. We generally ask for a quarterly forecast to aid with this so we always have your required springs in stock. So long as we have the raw material in stock, we can also facilitate a same day service for any emergency repairs or breakdowns.
