At Springhill Springs we have an in-house design team who work with our customers to ensure they have the correct spring for their application. We can provide prototypes & samples to ensure our customers are happy with their spring design prior to a production run. We offer the below spring types in a range of wires ranging from carbon spring steel to stainless steel in sizes ranging from 0.10mm to 13.00mm.
Tension springs can be manufactured to suit a range of applications with a variety of hook shapes to suit our customers needs. Our quality team ensure our products are up to the highest standard prior to dispatch of each order.
We can supply torsion springs with a variety of different leg angles to suit our customers’ requirements. Currently we manufacture torsion springs up to a wire diameter of 8.00mm however larger wire diameters are available upon request.
Our bespoke wire shapes range from simple handles to complex clips, snap rings & rings with multiple bends. We can manufacture one off items or tens of thousands of wire shapes dependant on each customer’s needs.
Compressions springs are the most common type of springs and we can manufacture compression springs up to a maximum wire diameter of 16.00mm. Springs can be supplied ground of unground depending on each customers requirement.
